If these were a darker color, a shag, or a level loop with much more pile, I probably wouldn't see a single seam. Its weather resistant for a long lasting bond, indoors and outdoors. I wonder if the tape is "pulling" the tiles back to where they were originally set. So, you have to do a little finagling to get them to where you want them. It's impossible to lay the tiles down without them getting a little stuck. I don't know if I initially set it down wrong or if they moved a bit after the install.
